Return & Refund Policy

At Allen Katty, we want you to love your jewellery as much as we love creating it. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Must include all original packaging (boxes, pouches, certificates, etc.)
  • Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty
  • Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us before returning any items.
This allows us to confirm the return is eligible and direct you to the correct nearby return location for faster processing.

To request a return, email us at [your support email] with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

We’ll respond with return instructions. Returns must be approved before sending anything back.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We will provide the nearest return address once the return is approved.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care in checking every piece before it ships, but if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all return costs.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
