1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.
Please note:
- Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces may require extra processing time.
- During busy periods (sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
You’ll receive another email when your order has been shipped.
2. UK Shipping
We offer the following shipping option within the United Kingdom:

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- For UK orders: VAT is included in the prices you see.
- For international orders: Your country may charge import duties or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your parcel’s journey in real-time.
If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 days of dispatch, please contact us.
6. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please:
- Double-check your delivery address at the time of order.
- Check with neighbours or safe places (e.g. porch, shed, concierge).
- Contact the delivery service using the tracking number.
If you still need help, contact us and we’ll assist with an investigation.
7. Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
